Willis, TX Willis, TX Full-time Full-time $16 - $20 an hour $16 - $20 an hour 10 hours ago 10 hours ago 10 hours ago Ron Hoover Companies, with locations across the state of Texas, is looking for a highly motivated RV & Marine Service Advisor to add to its growing Service Team in Willis, Texas.
Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of working face-to-face with customers, assisting them in getting their problems solved, making them feel good about the service they've received, and keeping accurate records of the work that was done.
Job
Responsibilities:
Greet customer professionally and work to build a good customer relationship that builds confidence in our products and services.
Work with customer to determine service needs.
Refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend additional needed service, where appropriate (e.
g.
maintenance work, parts and accessories), to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Schedule customers for specific drop off and pick up times.
Accurately estimate and document all work and associated charges on the RO.
Confirm how costs will be covered - by customer, through warranty/extended warranty, or company policy.
Issue RO to Service Technician to get work order completed.
Keep customer informed and updated on the repair status of their unit, including parts on order and status of total cost of the repair.
Once completed, verify that quality control audits have been done to ensure 100% completion of the work according to the customer's agreement.
Close work orders in a timely manner.
Compensation:
This position offers competitive pay and bonus structure, based on experience.
Experience a plus, but not required.
RV & Marine knowledge and/or experience will prove to be very useful in this position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
