The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with all levels of management.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
Provide administrative support to the executive team.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with special projects as needed.
