Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Maintain and update office records and files - Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping - Assist with training development and onboarding of new employees - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed and keep office area both tidy and clean.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required - Creating purchase orders, quotes and proposals for the customers - Engaging with our CRM software to communicate both internally and externally.
- Some marketing (data entry for website updates and social media posting)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - If you get joy from giving attention to details and operating within systems that run smoothly, this would be a good role for you - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus - Energized to learn new software (like our CRM or marketing software) This position would start off working 8am-5pm at our office in Willis on MWF.
This is 1099 contractor for a 90 day trial period.
After that, it would be be a W2.
