Essential Duties Assist with invoicing purchase orders for fulfillment daily Work in EDI portal to facilitate document transmissions to clients daily Work with fulfillment on any purchase order adjustments needed to complete orders Send invoices to clients through B2B invoicing software Respond to client emails Work in B2B internal portal to assist with order processing Audit invoices to ensure accuracy All other duties as assigned Benefits Company partially paid Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Up to 4% 401(k) matching.
