Essential duties and tasks Clean and maintain trash receptacle areas Perform daily tasks such as weeding, mulching, trimming, mowing and basic facility inspections for deficiencies and debris.
Use of heavy machinery is required.
Knowledgeable and Skilled in safe use of power tools and hand tools, example:
Power Washer.
Contributes to the team; facilitates good customer interactions; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others with whom there is contact.
