Full cooperation with Sales Coordinator to gather and log ALL OPPORTUNITIES (client information).
Perform duties consistent with assisting in the Positive look, feel and culture of Leisure RV Center.
Achieve sales volume goals, sales finance penetration goals and customer satisfaction goals.
Open and close inventory area daily and alert management of anything requiring attention at the dealership.
Follow all protocol and procedures (CRM, customer follow up, sales, time off request, etc.
) Maintain a positive attitude and assume a team mentality.
Continuous Training in both sales systems and product knowledge, follow the Road to the Sale as outlined including greeting every client in a timely manner and staying with them.
Work every client with integrity; consider what is best for the client, our partners, team members and bottom line.
Involve Management and Finance Department in every deal.
Take all reasonable steps to protect own and other's health and safety.
