The Office Manager is expected for supervising the administrative and customer service function of a multi-location Customer Service Centre. In this role, the person will design and/or implement efficient office processes and procedures and manage CSR and office staff personnel, ensuring maximum productivity, customer satisfaction and compliance with Company and government standards. The incumbent will maintain an in-depth knowledge of information such as Suburban products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service. Also she/he will provide on-going training to CSRs and office staff to ensure a high-level of customer service.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience
Education
High school diploma/GED

Markets and distributes of a diverse array of products to meet the energy needs of our customers, specializing in propane, fuel oil and refined fuels, as well as the marketing of natural gas and electricity in deregulated markets.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
