Turnover Coordinator

Job Overview:
The Turnover Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the assembly of required Construction and Commissioning documentation needed for completion of lakes Charles.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Perform field walk downs/inspections to review the work for conformance with the design drawings, specifications, applicable codes/standards, and company policies/procedures
Coordinates the walk-down at the time of Turnover Package Release from Construction to Commissioning and then again just prior to the Turnover from Commissioning to the Client
Assists in the identification of exceptions to the Turnover Package
Assembles the required documentation into Turnover Packages that are transmitted to the Client for acceptance
Turnover Manager maintains status of the Turnover Package progress, Turnover Coordinators will be involved with the assembly of Turnover Packages
Utilizes WinPCS software to schedule and document all Preventive Maintenance activities
Utilizes WinPCS software to compile System Turnover Package Construction Completion Paperwork
Coordinates and manages system punch list
Leads a System Turnover Meeting with Construction Personnel to identify upcoming construction completion needs and status progress
Review/interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other design documents
Basic Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Employee must be agreeable to work overtime and weekend.
Employee must be capable of climbing ladders, scaffolding and wearing fall protection.
The Turnover Manager should be able to perform assigned work with no direct supervision

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
